More Support for Consumers with Questions on Marketplaces
As the countdown to the opening of the state Health Insurance Marketplaces continues, new resources are available to consumers. The healthcare.gov website has been re-branded to focus specifically on helping educate individuals and small businesses about the Health Insurance Marketplaces launching in October.
In addition to online resources, there is a 24/7 phone answer line -1-800-318-2596 - as well as a live web chat option to provide answers to questions about health insurance and the Marketplace.
For community leaders and partner organizations seeking to get involved, there are new resources available to help patients understand the Marketplace. They are available at marketplace.cms.gov.
