Patient Advocate Foundation’s Co-Pay Relief (CPR) program, launched in 2004, can provide direct financial assistance to qualified patients with co-payments, co-insurance or cost-sharing through funds dedicated to specific disease states, including all therapeutic, supportive, generic or bioequivalent products prescribed to treat and/or manage the patient’s disease or condition. Financial assistance is also available for health insurance premiums in some disease funds.
