Patient Advocate Foundation’s Co-Pay Relief (CPR) program, launched in 2004, can provide direct financial assistance to qualified patients with co-payments, co-insurance or cost-sharing through funds dedicated to specific disease states, including all therapeutic, supportive, generic or bioequivalent products prescribed to treat and/or manage the patient’s disease or condition. Financial assistance is also available for health insurance premiums in some disease funds.

PAF recognizes that many patients cannot adhere to prescribed medical care without financial help. Our Co-Pay Relief (CPR) program provides direct financial assistance for co-payments, co-insurance or cost-sharing to qualified patients through funds dedicated to specific disease states.
