Robert M. Rifkin, MD, is a board-certified medical oncologist, hematologist and internal medicine physician with Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers in Denver, Lone Tree and Steamboat Springs, Colorado. A fellow of the American College of Physicians, he specializes in the treatment of coagulation problems, blood banking, apheresis and blood and marrow transplantation. Dr. Rifkin earned his medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and completed a residency in internal medicine at Presbyterian/St. Lukes Medical Center in Denver. He then underwent fellowship training in medical oncology and hematology at the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center in Tucson.
